Drawing Review Before Production
A usable quotation needs more than a logo file. Letter height, overall width, return depth, lighting direction, wall construction, mounting access, input voltage and destination postal code all affect the build. After the commercial scope is agreed, the production drawing becomes the control document. Manufacturing and Quality Checks
Production checks are tied to the approved drawing. Typical checkpoints include material and finish confirmation, critical dimensions, face and return fit, visible seam quality, mounting-hole position, illumination uniformity and a powered test before packing. Photos can be organized by project reference for remote approval.
Any special acceptance requirement should be written into the order before fabrication. Examples include a color sample, viewing-distance standard, cable length, removable service panel or a packing test. This makes quality measurable and reduces disputes based on unstated expectations.
Export Packing and Installation Handover
Packing is designed around finished surface, letter shape, loose hardware and handling route. Protective film, soft contact layers, shaped supports and separated accessories help prevent scratching and pressure damage.
