Quote & Artwork

01Who does RUIGONGSIGN manufacture signs for?

RUIGONGSIGN primarily supports sign companies, design firms, project contractors, hotel and retail project teams that need custom sign components or finished assemblies. White-label handling is available when the approved order requires neutral or customer-brand identification.

02What information should I send for a preliminary quote?

Send the artwork, overall dimensions, quantity, preferred material or finish, lighting direction, installation environment, destination postal code and required delivery date. Wall photographs, mounting details and input voltage help identify open production questions. Use the project inquiry form to keep these details together.

03Which artwork and drawing formats can I upload?

The website accepts PDF, JPG, PNG and ZIP files up to the displayed upload limit. Vector AI, EPS, SVG and CAD files are preferred for production review; place unsupported production files inside a ZIP archive. A dimensioned PDF should accompany artwork when exact size matters.

04Do you have a standard price list?

No. The products are made from project drawings, so price depends on size, quantity, material, finish, lighting, mounting, electrical scope, packing and destination. RUIGONGSIGN confirms these variables before treating a preliminary quotation as a production scope.

Design & Prototyping

05What is the minimum order quantity?

Prototype orders can start from one piece. Tooling, unusual finishes, electrical requirements and the availability of specified materials can affect whether a one-piece prototype is practical and how it is priced.

06How long does a prototype take?

A typical prototype takes about 3-5 working days after the production drawing, material, finish and required components are confirmed. Complex structures, custom tooling, special finishes or approval samples can require additional time. The quotation states the project-specific schedule.

07Can RUIGONGSIGN match a brand color?

Yes, when the buyer supplies a recognized color reference or an approved physical sample. Painted daytime color and illuminated face color should be reviewed separately because materials, light transmission and viewing conditions can change the appearance.

08Will I approve a drawing before production?

Yes. The approved production drawing should define critical dimensions, materials, visible finish, lighting direction, cable exit, mounting points and included accessories. Production begins after the commercial scope and the applicable drawing revision are confirmed. See the custom project process.

Materials & Compliance

09Which materials can be used for custom signs?

Common options include aluminum, stainless steel, acrylic and project-specified specialty materials. Material thickness, finish and construction are selected according to sign size, exposure, lighting, structural requirements and the approved drawing rather than one universal specification.

10Which illumination effects are available?

Depending on the product, RUIGONGSIGN can review front-lit, halo-lit, front-and-back-lit, internally illuminated, edge-lit and non-illuminated constructions. Stroke width, return depth, face transmission and service access affect which effect is practical. Review the custom illuminated sign options.

11What input voltage and LED system will be supplied?

The LED, power supply, cable exit and input requirements are confirmed for the destination and approved order. Do not assume one voltage or component configuration applies to every market. The buyer should state the destination, local requirements and preferred electrical scope before production.

12Are all RUIGONGSIGN products UL or CE certified?

No blanket complete-sign certification is claimed. Compliance depends on the full construction, listed or approved components, labeling, destination and the responsible certification route. Component marks do not automatically certify a finished sign. Any required certification scope must be documented for the specific project.

13Are all products waterproof or rated IP68?

No universal IP68 claim is made. Outdoor, sheltered, coastal, wet-area and indoor projects require different seam, drainage, cable-entry, material and finish decisions. The required exposure and any test standard must be agreed before fabrication.

Production & Quality

14Where are the signs manufactured?

RUIGONGSIGN coordinates project work through two production facilities with a combined operating area of approximately 9,500 square metres. Equipment and process capability are described on the Factory Capability page. Any outsourced special process is identified when it materially affects the approved scope.

15How is the production lead time confirmed?

Lead time is confirmed after drawing approval, material and component availability, finish, quantity, quality requirements and packing method are reviewed. A requested date is treated as a target until those conditions are resolved and the quotation or order confirms the schedule.

16Which quality checks are performed?

Relevant checkpoints can include incoming material, critical dimensions, fabrication and welding, finish and color, electrical work, powered function, finished appearance and packing. Six dedicated QC staff support the documented process. The exact acceptance criteria remain project-specific. See Quality Control.

17Can I review production or inspection photos remotely?

Yes, when photo review is included in the agreed workflow. Images can be organized by project reference to document specified production stages, powered function or finished appearance. Photo approval does not replace measurements or tests that must be defined in the order.

Packaging & Shipping

18How are custom signs packed for export?

Packing is selected for the finished surface, sign shape, loose hardware, handling route and shipping method. Options can include protective film, soft contact layers, separated accessories, reinforced cartons or a project-specific wooden case. Neutral or customer-brand identification can be agreed. See Packaging & Shipping.

19Which shipping methods are available?

Courier, air freight and sea freight can be reviewed with the buyer or nominated freight forwarder. The practical method depends on packed dimensions, weight, destination, required date and commercial terms. Insurance and special documentation are confirmed with the shipment scope.

20What should I do if shipping damage is found?

Photograph the outer package, shipping label, internal protection and damaged part before discarding any material, then contact RUIGONGSIGN promptly. The team reviews the evidence against the packing record, carrier terms and approved order to determine the appropriate repair, replacement-part or claim path.

Installation & Warranty

21Does RUIGONGSIGN install signs outside China?

RUIGONGSIGN is primarily the manufacturer. Site survey, permits, structural review, electrical connection and local installation are normally handled by the buyer or a qualified local installer. Installation conditions should still be provided before production so the mounting design can be reviewed.

22What installation documents or accessories can be included?

Depending on the approved order, the shipment can include production drawings, a mounting template, wiring information, part labels and specified hardware. The buyer must confirm wall construction, access, local code and which accessories are included instead of assuming every item is supplied automatically.

23What warranty does RUIGONGSIGN provide?

Under normal use and excluding human-caused damage, the complete product warranty is one year. LED modules, wiring and power supplies carry a three-year warranty. The confirmed quotation and order define the final scope, exclusions, evidence required and remedy for each project.

24Can replacement parts be supplied after delivery?

Replacement faces, LEDs, power supplies or other service parts can be reviewed when the original project specification and failure information are available. Send the order reference, photographs, part dimensions and electrical details so compatibility can be checked before a replacement is produced or dispatched.
