DOCUMENTED WORKFLOW

How the Work Is Controlled

  1. 1. Project review

The customer provides artwork, dimensions, quantity, materials, installation conditions, destination and required date.

  2. 2. Feasibility and quotation

RUIGONGSIGN identifies missing information, reviews production feasibility and confirms the commercial scope.

  3. 3. Order and deposit

Production drawing work begins after the order is confirmed and the agreed deposit is received.

  4. 4. Production drawings

For a conventional project with complete information, production drawings can typically be prepared in about three hours. Complex projects follow the actual design workload.

  5. 5. Prototype approval

A one-piece prototype can confirm dimensions, structure, material, finish, color, lighting and mounting. Typical lead time is 3-5 days after the main requirements are confirmed.

  6. 6. Production and QC

Batch scheduling follows quantity, construction, process complexity, electrical scope, packing and delivery requirements.

  7. 7. Pre-shipment inspection

The customer can review photographs, recorded video or a live video inspection before packing.

  8. 8. Packing, shipping and support

Packing is selected for the product and transport method. After-sales support is based on photographs, video and technical assessment of the reported issue.

Engineering Support

Production support can include production drawings, dimensional confirmation, material and thickness recommendations, structural detailing, LED layout, internal planning, installation drawings, wiring diagrams, mounting recommendations and manufacturability review.

After-Sales Response

When an issue is reported, the customer provides photographs, video, fault information and other relevant records. RUIGONGSIGN can respond with remote technical guidance, replacement components, a local repair plan, remake of a product or component, or return-to-factory repair.

When the issue is confirmed as RUIGONGSIGN manufacturing responsibility, reasonable international shipping costs for replacement parts, components or a remake are covered by RUIGONGSIGN.
