Henan Production Factory
The 8,000 sq m factory is located at No. 109, New Industrial Park, Queshan County, Zhumadian, Henan, China. It is used for regular production, batch orders and larger project work.
Production is arranged around the approved drawings, materials, structure, surface finish, lighting, mounting, packing and delivery requirements of each project. RUIGONGSIGN does not publish one universal capacity figure for highly customized products.
Shanghai Prototyping and Urgent Production
The 1,500 sq m Shanghai facility at No. 2458 Dongda Road, Lingang Special Area, Shanghai, China supports prototyping, urgent production and office coordination.
The two-site structure allows prototypes and urgent requirements to be reviewed separately from regular and large-project production planning.
Flexible Project Production
Complex structures, labor-intensive finishes and high-difficulty processes can be reviewed, but they may require additional production time. Larger projects can be supported by adjusting the production schedule and staffing plan according to scope and deadline.
- Prototype orders can start from one piece.
- Typical prototyping lead time is 3-5 days after the main requirements are confirmed.
- Batch lead time is confirmed after quantity, construction, finish, electrical and packing review.
- Main export markets are Europe, the United States and Australia.
