Documented Sign Quality Control
Quality checks follow the approved project requirements rather than one generic standard. Six dedicated QC staff review materials, fabrication, color, electrical work, finished appearance and packing at the relevant production stages.
DOCUMENTED WORKFLOW
How the Work Is Controlled
Incoming materials
Material type and thickness are checked against the approved production scope.
Fabrication
Dimensions, processed sizes, product structure, welding and surface treatment are inspected during production.
Color
Color can be checked against the fixed color library, a specified color code or a customer-supplied physical sample.
LED and electrical
LED installation, wiring, electrical connections, powered function and visible lighting effect are checked.
Finished product
Overall dimensions, appearance, surface quality, illumination and mounting structure are reviewed.
Packing and dispatch
Products, accessories, protective packing and shipment readiness receive a final check.

Visible Production Checkpoints
The photographs show actual surface preparation and powered illumination during production. They do not replace the project-specific inspection record.
Project-Specific Acceptance
Critical dimensions, finish references, lighting appearance, mounting details and packing requirements should be recorded in the approved drawing or order scope. This gives both parties a measurable acceptance basis.
Customers may review product photographs, recorded video or a live video inspection before packing and shipment.
Water Resistance and Electrical Compliance
Water-resistance measures are designed according to the product structure, installation environment and customer requirements. RUIGONGSIGN does not apply one IP rating to every product; a rating is stated only when the specific construction and test scope support it.
Power supplies and LED components with relevant certifications can be selected for individual projects. Component certification does not automatically certify the complete sign or replace local approval.
Warranty Scope
Under normal use and excluding human-caused damage, the complete product warranty is one year. LED modules, wiring and power supplies carry a three-year warranty. The confirmed order documents define the final scope for each project.
