Export Packaging and Shipping
RUIGONGSIGN welcomes sign projects worldwide, including Australia. Packing and transport are reviewed for the destination, dimensions, weight and construction. Standard, neutral, customer-branded and project-specific packaging can be agreed for each order.
Packing Designed Around the Product
Samples, courier shipments, air freight, sea freight and larger projects may require different protective materials and crate specifications. Visible faces, protruding edges, loose hardware and electrical parts are separated and supported according to the product structure.

Shipping Coordination
RUIGONGSIGN can coordinate courier, air freight or sea freight and can work with the customer-appointed freight forwarder. Delivery scope, documents and destination requirements are confirmed for each order.
International transport carries unavoidable handling risk. Transport insurance can be arranged to provide additional protection where appropriate.
Plan an International Delivery
Provide the destination country or region, city, delivery postcode, required arrival date and any site access restrictions. Confirm whether the quotation covers delivery to a port, airport, forwarder or final address. Production time and freight transit time are reviewed separately.
The quotation should identify who arranges import clearance and pays destination charges, duties or taxes. These items are not assumed to be included in every price. A buyer-appointed freight forwarder can be involved before the packing specification is approved.
Ordering Signs for Australia
Send the installation location and delivery postcode with your inquiry. Dimensions may be provided in millimetres; identify the units on every drawing. Specify indoor, outdoor or coastal exposure, mounting details, electrical input and any documents requested by your importer or installer.
Before production, confirm the proposed electrical components, installation responsibilities, packaging and destination documentation for the specific project. RUIGONGSIGN does not claim blanket Australian certification or local installation services. The same destination-specific review applies to projects in other countries.
Packing Verification
Products, accessories, protective layers, package identification and outer condition are checked before dispatch. Packing photographs and a packing list can be provided when included in the project scope.
