Packing is selected according to product dimensions, weight, construction, fragility and transport method. RUIGONGSIGN supports standard, neutral, customer-branded and project-specific packaging.
Packing Designed Around the Product
Samples, courier shipments, air freight, sea freight and larger projects may require different protective materials and crate specifications. Visible faces, protruding edges, loose hardware and electrical parts are separated and supported according to the product structure.

Shipping Coordination
RUIGONGSIGN can coordinate courier, air freight or sea freight and can work with the customer-appointed freight forwarder. Delivery scope, documents and destination requirements are confirmed for each order.
International transport carries unavoidable handling risk. Transport insurance can be arranged to provide additional protection where appropriate.
Packing Verification
Products, accessories, protective layers, package identification and outer condition are checked before dispatch. Packing photographs and a packing list can be provided when included in the project scope.
